Marco Andretti won the pole position for Sunday's Pocono 400, the first IndyCar race at the triangle-shaped track since 1989.
Andretti was joined in the front row by Andretti Autosport teammates Ryan Hunter-Reay, a fellow American, and Canada's James Hinchcliffe.
Australia's Will Power qualified fourth, followed by Brazil's Tony Kanaan, the reigning Indianapolis 500 champion, and Brazil's Helio Castroneves, the IndyCar season leader by nine points over Hunter-Reay.
It was the first time one IndyCar team swept a three-car front row since the 1988 Indianapolis 500.
"It's just an unbelievable team performance across the board," Andretti said. "We've been making statement after statement so it's a good feeling."
The grandson of racing legend Mario Andretti and son of team owner Michael, Andretti edged Hunter-Reay by 0.1404 seconds to capture the inside front row spot for the 24-car showdown over 160 laps at the 2.5-mile layout.
Mario Andretti won at Pocono in 1986 in a race that Michael Andretti started from pole.
